September performance to be
recorded for CD & DVD
Todd Rundgren is doing a limited number of dates that include all
of the songs on A Wizard A True Star, his 1973 album
that elated or confounded fans of his earlier work and served notice
that he would never be bound by convention. His manager
describes the album as being very special to Rundgren "because
it is so contrary." His performance of it at the Palace
Theater in Stamford, Connecticut on September 9 will reportedly be
recorded for a CD and DVD release.
