Stones guitarist on Dylan classic during small Music Hall set
fans lucky enough to score tickets to a small theater show last
night (8/11) by Pearl Jam got the added
benefit of seeing them with Rolling Stones guitarist
Ron Wood. Eddie Vedder & company invited Woody to
join them on the stage of Shepherd's Bush Empire, a
former BBC Television theater, for All Along The
Watchtower. The 25 song set the band delivered also
included The Real Me from the Who's Quadrophenia.
Pearl Jam performs in Rotterdam, Berlin and Manchester, UK
before returning to London for a show at O2 Arena on the 18th.
The new album, Backspacer, gets a Sept. 21 release.
Vedder reportedly contributes vocals to a track on the Ron
Wood solo album More Good News, which is due out
soon.
