The European leg of the Working On A Dream tour comes to a
close in Spain on August 2. After a couple of weeks off,
Bruce and the E Street Band open a newly expanded number of
US dates with a concert in Hartford, Connecticut on the 19th.
Other additions to the schedule include several cities the tour did
not hit before heading overseas, and return engagements in a number of
places it did. The latter category includes two more shows at
the Spectrum in Philadelphia. The scene of dozens of legendary
Springsteen shows and one of Bruce's favorite venues and cities
to play, the Spectrum joins Giants Stadium as another
close to home venue slated for demolition later in the year.
