Good news is that Steven
Tyler's leg has improved enough for him to return to action, so
the band's string of postponed shows will stop at 7 when
Aerosmith takes the stage Wednesday
(7/15)
in Atlanta. The night will also mark the return of Brad
Whitford, who was sidelined after suffering a head injury while
getting out of his Ferrari. The bad news is that bass player Tom
Hamilton will have to miss some tour dates after undergoing what
is described by the band as a non-invasive surgery. David
Hull, a veteran of the Joe Perry Project will fill-in for
Hamilton on dates he misses. Drummer Joey
Kramer is the only member of the band to have avoided illness,
injury or surgery since Joe Perry went under the knife for a
leg problem a few months ago.
