Center near Ft. Lauderdale became the latest casualties of
Steven Tyler's leg injury today
(7/10)
when Aeorsmith added the two Florida shows to the 5 already postponed
since Tyler injured his leg at a
Connecticut concert [story].
Make-up dates
are planned for the cities that have been missed as a result of the
injury. The mounting number of washed out dates and the band's
continuing reluctance to be up front about the cause has caused some
fallout. The explanation for the latest postponements remains
the generic "artist injury" - despite the fact that both Joe
Perry [story]
and Joey Kramer [story]
confirmed that a leg injury Tyler suffered in Connecticut is the
cause.
